Australia has a shortage of skilled workers in some industries. So the Australian government made the Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa 482 available to employers to hire international employees with the right skills where they cannot fill the job with a qualified Australian worker.
Depending on your skills, you can live and work full time for an approved sponsor for up to four years when you hold a temporary visa. You can travel to and from Australia during this time. You can bring your family with you, and they can also work and go to school in Australia.
