Skilled Nominated Visa - Subclass 190 - Direct Migration Experts

The Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) is a points-tested permanent-residency visa to Australia.

Australian states and territories regularly nominate highly skilled people within Australia as well as those outside of Australia.

Applicants are not required to have an employer to sponsor them, but do need to be nominated by a State or Territory government.

Eligibility criteria

You are younger than 45 when you lodge your EOI
You have obtained a positive skill assessment in your nominated occupation
Your occupation is needed and is listed in the occupation list for relevant Australian state/ territory. For example for state nomination by Tasmanian state you must all requirement as outlined by Migration Tasmania
By the time of the application, you must be fluent and competent in English
Have a minimum of 65 points
